– This helps us avoid waste and deliver only what is needed.

– Orders will be delivered within 7-14 working days from the date of purchase.

– You will receive a notification when your order is shipped.

– A standard shipping fee is applied at checkout.

– Free delivery promotions may be available occasionally.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you wear. However, due to the pre-order model, we have a limited return
policy.

1. Eligibility
– Returns or exchanges are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
– Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the item.

2. How to Request
– Email support.ashanya.lk or DM us on Instagram with your order number and a photo of the issue.

3. Conditions
– Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
– Sale items are non-returnable.

4. Resolution
– If eligible, we’ll offer a replacement or refund within 7 working days.
